Request: In Simpro, you aren’t currently able to add Bill of Materials against catalogue items, is it possible to add this in?
🎉 Status Update: This has now been added to our Simpro Enhancement Pack
We have created an enhancement that enables you to add Bill of Materials against a catalogue item, with this enhancement, when in a catalogue item on Simpro, a new tab is available, where you can put all of the components, this will then become a parent item. Once this parent item is used, a stock adjustment is automatically performed on the component parts (child item). If you update one child items price, the enhancement will recalculate the total cost of the parent item. This enhancement also works for Stock Takes.
