Request: Simpro’s current site or customer rate setup doesn’t quite fit our needs. We really need customer-specific labour rates applied at the site level, and ideally synced automatically.
Could you build an enhancement or workflow automation to handle this for us?

We have added a “Replace Site Rates with Customer Rates” enhancement, this allows you to have site-level fees but customer-level labour rates; with only needing to update them in the Customer to replicate across all the sites that they have been copied to.
