Request: When in jobs, quotes etc on Simpro, the list view can become tedious to scroll through, is it possible to create a clearer view across all elements?
🎉 Status Update: This has now been added to our Simpro Enhancement Pack
We’ve introduced a new Kanban View across Leads, Quotes, Jobs, Purchase Orders and Invoices. This new view allows you to see any bottle necks, not only that, but we have added additional practicality, allowing you to easily move a Job etc to a different status, easily see the overall value on Quotes and Jobs per status, as well as how many are in each status. The information shown within the Kanban View comes directly from what you have selected within “Modify Table View” in the regular list view.
To make things even easier, we have added a convenient key at the top of the Kanban View, with clear information on how it works and how to use it.
