Request: In Simpro, you’re only able to email public attachments, however when you set an attachment to public, they also appear in the customer portal, is it possible to be able to email private attachments without this?
🎉 Status Update: This has now been added to our Simpro Enhancement Pack
An enhancement has been made that provides the ability to mark an attachment as “emailable”, this allows you to send them, without requiring them to be visible on the customer portal.
