Request: We have multiple teams with multiple line managers, so when it comes to timesheets, at the moment within Simpro anyone can approve these, is there a way to set specific time managers to be able to approve their teams timesheets?

We have made an enhancement within Simpro to remedy this issue, we have added a “Line Manager” field to the employee card, with a dropdown, allowing you to select the line manager for that employee, the line manager then has the ability to approve that employee timesheet. After approval, a note is added to the employee card. When a line manager navigates to an employees timesheet, this enhancement will use the notes on the employee card to determine if the timesheet has been approved. Additionally, the timesheet area will only show the employees of that line manager.
