Request: we’ve hit a problem with Simpro Maintenance Planner in our multi-company setup. It’s pulling asset results from all companies regardless of which one we’re in, causing jobs to be created in the wrong company.
Can you build a fix or enhancement to force Maintenance Planner to properly segregate assets by active company?
🎉 Status Update: This has now been added to our Simpro Enhancement Pack
This enhancement extends the Contracts and Maintenance Planner features; when a contract is created, it is created within the current company reference. When maintenance Planner is then ran, this enhancement removes the assets that’re on a contract related to another company. Resulting in the person creating the jobs using Maintenance Planner, creating the correct jobs in the correct company.
For assets without any contract, these are displayed in orange to visually indicate caution in required when creating jobs.
