Request: Simpro doesn’t currently handle serialised goods, but does allows us to turn and inventory item into an asset, is there a way to allow for serialised goods handling?

We have now created an enhancement to support serialised goods, with this enhancement, when you receipt an inventory item on a PO, you will be prompted for the serial number, in addition to this, this enhancement adds the ability to sequentially apply the serial numbers, once added, this can be allocated to available stock.
When on the job, you’re able to search the serial number in available stock and add this to the job and the customer site. This enhancement also changes the stock availability report to show the serialised items that are available.
This is useful for businesses that pick stock based on Serial Numbers.
