Process Review

We understand the importance of efficient business processes which is why we offer fixed priced operational reviews.

Review and audit

For us to accurately understand your organisations current operations, we spend time analysing each element. We will work with you and your team to identify problem areas and listen to how you want your business to progress in the future. We understand the importance of collaboration and your team being fully on board with systems and processes changes, which is why we will ensure they are consulted every step of the way.

What do I need to prepare before a process review?

To get the most out of your process review we like to ask three questions in preparation:

  • What don’t you like doing?
  • What do you think takes too long?
  • What don’t you want to be doing?

We also also ask that you keep a piece of paper on your desk so you can add to your list throughout the time before our meeting - trust us you won’t remember everything once we get started!

It is vital that you and your team are invested in the journey to increased efficiency, productivity and capacity. A team that is prepared for change are more likely to see the professional and professional benefits of improving processes.

What is included in a process review?

A process review captures every step in the business, from when a lead/enquiry is received, right the way through to invoicing.

We sit with every member of the team and go through exactly what they do, and what they would like.

Our aim is to ensure that we not only remove headaches, but also reduce the time it takes to do things. Therefore, sometimes we will time the relevant steps taken to ensure that we are providing a solution that is more time efficient. This is not always required though.

Working through the processes like this gives us the necessary in-depth understanding so that we can make the right recommendations.

The output of a Process Review provides an understanding of the benefits that can be had, the recommendations of how to get there, and the costs associated with doing so.
